Shipping policy

We ship within the US and internationally.

 

Processing time:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Shipping rates and delivery:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and chosen service
• We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and package size
• Delivery times vary by destination and service selected

International orders:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
• These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery
• Delivery times for international orders vary widely depending on customs processing in your country

Lost or delayed packages:

• Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is the carrier's responsibility
• For lost or significantly delayed packages, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number

Wrong address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email admin@cleohaze.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can't guarantee changes after that, and we're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
