Hi babe, looks like you signed up to get texts from Cleo. Welcome to girl world. Here’s what to expect, plus the legal bits we have to spell out.

What we’ll send you. Recurring marketing texts from Cleo: new drops, restocks, sale moments, and invites to events at the store.

How often? Just a few times a month… less is more.

The carrier stuff we have to say. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most others) might charge for texts and data. Cleo doesn’t control or cover those charges.

Want out? No problem. Just reply STOP to any text from us and you’re off the list. We’ll send a quick confirmation, and that’s the last you’ll hear from us by text.

Need help? Reply HELP to any of our texts, or email us at admin@cleohaze.com. A real person reads those.

Who can sign up. You need to be at least 18 and live in the US. By opting in, you’re confirming you actually own the number you gave us (no signing up your friends, please).

Totally optional. Signing up for texts is not a condition of purchase. You can shop with us either way — the SMS list is just a perk for people who want first looks.

Privacy. Your number and any messages are handled per our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell data, ever.
